On This Day in Elizabethan History: The Death of the Queen's Cousin

On this day in Elizabethan history, Queen Elizabeth I's maternal first cousin Henry Carey, 1st Baron Hunsdon and Lord Chamberlain of England, died in 1596 at the royal residence of Somerset House.
